Delivery to Cairo and Giza is our fastest, with extended delivery times for other regions.

Delivery Timeframes

Cairo & Giza: approximately 1–3 business days from dispatch.
Note: Delivery may take longer during public holidays, promotional periods, or for pre-order items.

Order Processing

Orders placed before our daily cut-off time (e.g., 5 PM) on a business day will be processed the same day.
You will receive confirmation and (if available) tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Fees

Fees are calculated based on your location and the weight/size of your order.
Free delivery promotions may apply when minimum order value is met—we’ll clearly show this at checkout.

Failed Delivery & Returns

If the courier cannot reach you after multiple attempts and the order is returned to us, re-delivery fees may apply.
In case you provide incorrect address details or the order is refused without valid reason, additional shipping costs may be deducted from any refund.

Eligibility for Refund/ExchangeYou may request a refund or exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all labels intact.
Products returned or exchanged due to a defect, wrong item, or damage during shipping must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

Non-Returnable ItemsItems that have been opened, used or not in their original condition will not qualify.
Some hygiene/beauty items may be non-returnable once opened (as per specific product details).
